Here we go again...

So I decided that I will try this blog thing out again and see if I can keep up with it. I am not sure why I can't seem to remember to update it; I don't do well with journals so maybe that might be it. Many things have happened since September - Travis graduated from Med School, got accepted to a residency in Las Vegas at Nellis AFB, we put an offer on a house (we close on the 26th), packed (or watched movers) our stuff up, and started to drive across country. We have been at the Thompson's for the past few days and are loving be here. But I remember why I don't like Oklahoma very well - mosquitos, chiggers, and humidity. Overall, I am just ready to be in Las Vegas and start on the house. We decided that we need to paint, white flat paint everywhere is not good! We are hoping to get it all done before our furniture comes on the 1st of June, we figured it would be easier that way. I am planning on sending Isaac to Montana with my mom, so we don't have to worry about him. The poor kid has had anything but normalcy the past few weeks. He's been a trooper though, he even got 2 new teeth without too much fuss. We leave tomorrow for the 19 hour trek to Las Vegas. The first 19 hours weren't too bad, so I am hoping for a repeat. I am excited!
